So Reverend and the Makers have decided to make music that could easily be played at clubs, and I’m fine with that.

So last night I went to see Life In Film (blog post here) at the Norwich Arts Centre, and I’m gonna start off by saying that it wasn’t the best gig I’ve been to. This was mainly due to the lack of people there, and I felt quite sorry for Life In Film who are going back to London to fill out a 3000+ venue; definitely doesn’t match the 100-200 people there last night.
Anyway, I digress.
I found myself listening to the first support band Empire (from Norwich, woo!) and growing to love their music, below are a couple of their songs…

ps. there is a spelling mistake in the Life In Film blog post, and I really can’t be arsed to edit it.

Why have I not Bastille sooner? This is the perfect mix of Indie and Elector since The Postal Service. I do apologise for being late to everything!

Well Finland do seem to be pumping out great music, and Kailo is no different. This music reminds me a lot of Tokio Hotel, with the female voice cutting through a rock/alternative backdrop. I deeply suggest a listen!
